This refers to the news about the decision of your party to observe 25^th instant as anti-corruption Day, which smakes otherwise, in view of the following facts:-

I have sent several letters to you by Regd. post, in relations to Criminal misconduct of Shri Jyoti Basu and Nexus between Shri Jyoti Basu and Mafiadom of unscrupulous businessmen including Sanjay Kumar Jhunjhunwala at the high cost to Public interests. In this support I am enclosing herewith photocopies of my letter dated 19.4.95 to you, News published in Amrita Bazar Patrika dated 15.11.94 and my application dated 8.7.93 to the President of India for permission to prosecute Shri Jyoti Basu. If you feels that the charges leveled by me are without any basis and false, please make ready to Shri Jyoti Basu to handover the entire matter to C. B. I., for investigations, including any allegations against me.

Today your party is in Power, but time may come when your party may not in a position to use Powers to stop exposure of such High corruption, in such event, the result of damage may also effect the reputation of your party for conduct of Shri Jyoti Basu. So please consider the whole matter, on long term considerations in the best interests of the country, your party and also Fundamental rights of individuals, which at present are in abeyance in respective matters.

In this context, I would like to refer that in view of reports, in Russia and other Communist Countries the communism were failed mere because the leaders of the Communist Countries under- power- mania-, permitting protected corruption. If really your party is serious against corruption, please support my demands for changes in certain laws, without which corruption cant be checked effectively. My demands in Gist are referred in my letter dated 8.10.96 to President of SCBA, copy of which is also enclosed herewith for ready reference.
