Dear Sir,

I am surprised to read your letter dated 8^th May, 1995 particularly its last two lines, because I am not your new client and after your meeting with Ld. Mr. A. D. Giri, Sr. Advocate, you decided to prepare a draft of letter to be sent by me to His Excellency the Governor, the State of West Bengal.

After receipt of said draft from you, I sent it as per your advise to His Excellency the Governor, the State of West Bengal and others by Regd. Post. Xerox copy of the said letter is enclosed herewith for your ready reference. After a gape of 3 months, therefrom you instructed to Ld. Mr. S. Murlidhar, Advocate to prepare a Writ Petition to be filed before Honble Supreme Court of India.

In fact, my enemies are powerful in all respects like money, muscle and political influence and I have strong evidences of the fact that to protect their Mafiadom, they had influenced several renowned Barristers and Advocates to manipulate the Judicial system to grab and / or to infringe my right of Justice and to effect the Administration of Justice.

Since your name was widely publicized as my counsel, because of publication of your name in Amrita Bazar Patrika dated 15.11.94., Xerox copy of said news was sent to you by my letter dated 17.4.95. In fact, I apprehension that my opposite parties must have approached you which reflects from the language of your letter by which you wanted to know my genuinity instead of merit of the matters.

However, for your satisfaction, I am enclosing herewith Xerox copy of my application dated 8/7/1993 addressed to Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma, The President of India to grant according sanction under Section 19 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, 197 of Criminal Procedure Code to prosecute Shri Jyoti Basu. So, once again, if you prima facie is satisfied about merit of the matter, after going through it, please inform me. Then I will provide you detailed facts relating to both the matters.
