Out of severe and continued harassment, blackmail and victimization caused by said Mr. Sanjay Kumar Jhunjhunwala-under which I and my family members could not exercise rights of private defence of body and / or property-, I had made the said application.

Today on 25^th June, 1992, it is presumably understood by me that because of my said application, His Lordship Honble Mr. Justice Syamal Kumar Sen, is feeing himself as maligned, defamed, disregarded, disrupted and /or disheartened, while this was not at all my intention.

I have full faith, regard and respect for the Judiciary in general and for their lordship Honble Mr. Justice Prabir Kumar Mazumdar and Honble Justice Syamal Kumar Sen in particular.

Therefore, to remove all clouds of doubts in the matter, I am withdrawing my said application from its very date i. e. 7^th January 1992 without prejudice to my rights and contentions against said Mr. Sanjay Kumar Jhunjhunwala and his associates.

Because of my said application, their Lordships Honble Mr. Justice Prabir Kumar Mazumdar and Honble Justice Syamal Kumar Sen, if at all directly and / or indirectly maligned, defamed, disregarded, disrupted and /or disheartened, I hereby beg to submit my unconditional apology before your Honble Sirs and also before their Lordships Mr. Justice Prabir Kumar Mazumdar and Honble Justice Syamal Kumar Sen.
