Honble Sir,
In view of Your Honours question (when today I was present in Your Honours Court) that I am coming every
day in Court, and Your Honours advise to my Advocate not be guided by his client (me), and in view of my bitter experience
in the 1983 in the Learned Court of 5th Munsif, Alipore, (When he arranged to implicare me and my arrest in a false
case on 25.11.83 from which I was discharged by the Learned Court of S. D. J. M. Alipore, on 31.8.1984) and because of abuses
of positions by some public servants to cause help to one Mafia Leader Sanjay Kumar Jhunjhunwala (who hatched an criminal
conspiracy for my killing on 18.7.86) this is warranted to clarified the reasons of my coming to your Honours Court on 29th
August, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th September, 1990:-
29th August 1990 dates was fixed in unregd. Appeal No. 16 of 1990 in which I was a party. At the
same time I was intended to move stay Petition in the said Appeal while Your Honour ask to my Advocate to file and move the
same on 5th September, 1990

3rd, September, 1990- date was fixed in unregd. Appeal No. 15 of 1990 in which also I am a Party.
But, as your Honour was not present in the Court as such date was shifted on 4th September 1990 for orders.
4th, September, 1990 - I come to Your Honours Court to know the order in the said Unregd. Appeal No. 15 of 1990.
5th, September, 1990- I came to Your Honours Court to move stay Petition in Unregd. Appeal No. 16 of 1990 as
per Your Honours verbal direction made on 29.8.90. After going through the said stay Petition Your Honour was pleased to ask
to send copies of stay petitions to the Respondents by Regd. Post then to come to the Court on 6.9.1990.
6th September, 1990- After sending the copies of stay Petitions to the Respondents by Regd. Post I came to Your
Honours Court to move the said Petition. But, I experienced that Your Honour before hearing the said stay Petition make remark
against me by asking my Advocate not to be guided by his client i.e. me.

Considering strong lobby of the said Mafia Leader, I had already served a Notice upon Honble President of India, Chief
Justice of India and other dignitaries against aforesaid abuses of position by public servants to sit on fast unto death at
outside Supreme Court of India, New Delhi on and from the first day of next session of Parliament.
My this letter is no way connected with any proceeding pending before Your Honours Court. But, only object to sent this
letter is clarified Your Honours doubts (which smells from the aforesaid remarks) nothing else.
