I have understood on 12^th July 1990, from your Directorate that still no certified copies are ready against any of aforesaid applications, in utter violation of Rule 181 of W. B. C. S. Rules 1987, for the reasons only confined to you, if it not a part of criminal conspiracy to deprive me of the remedy in the form of reliefs through proper forum of law or if it is not revange taken by you against proper steps taken by me filing application under Section 340 of Criminal Procedure Code against several officials including Mrs. Mira Pandey, being Misc. Case No. 3 of 1990 of W. B. Cooperative Tribunal.

Therefore, please arrange supply of certified copies against my aforesaid applications without any delay, otherwise I shall have not any alternative but to take adequate steps in the matter for fulfillment of justice.

Shri Bhakti Bhusan Mandal, Minister-in-charge of Co-operatives Department, with reference to my several meetings with you, I am being an social activists and politician, for public good and in public interest would like to suggest you to resign from the Ministership on the health grounds, because of your ill health, you are unable to provide an good administration to people.

AS a result some of Senior Officials, like Mira Pandey, misusing their powers, abusing their authorities by issuing and obtaining illegal orders in highly irregular manner, in utter violation of principle of natural justice as if they are part of an administration of an emperor or an dictator, by abusing their position as public servant, to obtain our valuable properties for mafia like Sanjay Kumar Jhunjhunwala, this will be one of my issue in my notice to Shri Vishwanath Pratap Singh and others for my proposed Hunger Strike at outside Supreme Court, against evil acts and deeds of said Mr. Jhunjhunwala.
