Dear Sir,

Several times you informed me that representatives / agent of One Chittaranjan Ganguly, time and again offered you property belongs to us, as falsely claiming his property. In last week you informed me that One Mohhameddan Advocate met you and offered the said property on similar false representations. However, he further told you that Mr. B. K. Basu, I. P. S., The Commissioner of Calcutta Police called me and warned me against my lawful actions and steps against Chittaranjan Ganguly. So you please inform me the name and address of the said Advocate, so I can take appropriate action against his false representation by misusing the name of a senior Police Official like Mr. Basu, for misuse of powers and abuse of the authority.

I hope you will send me the name and address of the said advocate as well as other person those were met you previous on such false representations.

Considering such false representations we published an "Public Notification" in the Statesman dated 10^th December 1985 and "Legal Notice" in the Telegraph dated 31^st January 1986 and we had also started Civil as well as Criminal proceedings against him. We hope that he and his supporters would be kept shortly in strong book.
