In considerations of the regular threats to my life, I am coming and living in Kolkata under hiding. This time, you informed me that Manak Chand Sethia admitted that "he has paid Rs.5,00,000/-(Rupees five Lakhs) one Chittaranjan ganguly and Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs) to local anti-socials out of total agreed payment of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees ten lakhs), fixed for total object to procure my properties."

This is for your kind information. If you wants to contradict anything, it must be within seven days, otherwise it may be treated as confirmed. However, I will send you details which would be justify that adjudged CHEAT Chittaranjan Ganguly have no legs to stand any claims with regards properties comprised in R. S. Plot No. 205, 206, 207 and 219 under R. S. Khatian No. 534, Mouza Shahapur, P. S. Behala, Kolkata-38. His entire claim is based on fraudulent representations and under law it is already rejected.
