The accused person being the driver of Lorry No. WMK 2554 drov the same along T. C. Rd. from west to east in a rust and
negligent manner endangering human life of safety of others & there by knocked down 3 Road passers namely (1) Birendra
Chowraria a H/M aged about 18 yrs, (2) Shambhu Singh a H/M aged about 40 yrs, and (3) Chootu a H/M aged about 35 yrs at the
above mentioned date, time & place by the mounted the lorry on foot path. As a result, all 3 were sustained severe injuries
on three persons and damaged the Railling & shutter gate of M/S. Jay Jagannath Cicles and some portion of Banarsi Pan
Bhandar. Sl. No. (1) is admitted in C.M.R.I. Hospital and Sl. No. (2) admitted in M. R. Bangur Hospital and Sl. No. (3) dressed
and discharged from M. R. Bangur Hospital. U/S. 279/337/338/427 IPC |
