In response to my letter copy of which was ent to M/S. Punkaj Shroff & Co., Advocate, you sent verbal threatening to me that you still not taken any harmful action against me, which you willing to take, if I am not stop making complaints against you before the authorities. You also threatened that you is in position to use Shri Jyoti Basu (The Chief Minister of West Bengal) to harass me.

Please note that you already used muscle powers, Money powers and political powers to kill, black mail and harass me at the cost of all human values and rights. I have a long list of your such evil acts and deeds, out of which some are put herein on record:-

1. You purchased vacant land lying and situated at R. S. Plot No. 220 to 222 and 227 of Mouza Sahapur, P. S. Behala, Calcutta-700038 from Dr. R.N. Mukherjee and Chuni Lal Mukherjee and since then said Dr. R.N. Mukherjee and Chuni Lal Mukherjee become your instrumental for your evil acts and deeds in the locality. Dr. R.N. Mukherjee and Chuni Lal Mukherjee installed illegally a gate on Northern side of the aforesaid properties in collusion with one Police Officer of the Behala P. S. and by encroaching a portion of our land. When the fact come to my notice, that you purchased the properties of Chuni Lal Mukherjee, I along with Sri S. S. Singhania met you to apprise the matter. Therefore, you arranged a Charge Sheet in a Criminal Case of Chuni Lal Mukherjee falsely lodged with intention to install the said Gate with help of Behala P. S.
2. Since my aforesaid meeting, you under your double standard, maintain good relationship with me to made me foolish while actually your object was deferent. As such time to time you given various offers me against my properties, which I declined to accept. Then you started giving false and created informations; one after another, with sole intention to create pressure and tention in my mind. But, your this tectice was failed, as such you met secretly with my tenants in or around end of June, 1986 with sole object intention to instigate them to kill me and as a result an serious attempt to kill me was made with dangerous weapons at about 10.30 a.m. on 18^th July 1986 by four person after throwing red chilly powder in my eyes and I was seriously injured and hospitalized. However, in a surprise manner god saved my life.

3. You went in the Hospital just to se whether I will survive or not and when you finds that I will be survived, you create a false story in the name of some fake persons and obtained a letter in the name of such fake persons by Regd. Post, and my return from Hospital you sent Xerox copy of the said letter to me alongwith your letter dated 5^th August 1986 with sole intention to threaten me that I might be implicated in some false criminal proceedings, if I am not ready to sell the properties.
4. When I was in Hospital, you once again come to Hospital to see and informed me that you had good contacts with some journalists of the English Daily "The Telegraph" and you would arrange the publication of the incident happened with me. Surprisingly, an false and created story was published in the Telegraph dated 6^th October 1986 in the name of One Reporter Mr. Tapash Chakraborty. After knew about such yellow journalism of Mr. Tapash Chakraborty, I wrote a strong protest letter by Regd. Post to him, owner, publisher and editor of the said Newspaper.
5. You also threatened me through a created story in the name of fake Mohmmedan Advocate, that if I would not sell the properties to you, I would removed from the same by senior Police Official Mr. B. K. Basu. You confirmed your said created story in your letter dated 5^th November 1986.
6. The family members of Snehalata Chakraborty, decided to settle with me , the dispute started 40 years ago with my vendors. At that moment you malafide intention made offer them not the price and consideration of Rs.12,00,000/- (Rupees Twelve lakhs) against disputed plot measuring 3 cottahs 13 Chiottaks and 26 Sq.ft.
7. When you finds that your each efforts to black mail me is failed while at the same time your Company (M/S. Martin Burn Ltd.) hot highest contract of New Market from Calcutta Municipal Corporation as such top officials of Calcutta Municipal Corporation as well as Mayor Mr. Kamal Basu was under influence of your Company. This influence was also exposed when illegal sanction was regularised by Mr. Kamal Basu with help of Mr. R.K. Parsanan, (The Municipal Commissioner) Mr. D. Banerjee (Dy. Municipal Commissioner-Buildings) for 2 (Two) buildings of all 11 (Eleven) storied at Binoba Bhave Road, in violation of law by misusing their powers and abusing their authorities just to protect your interest and allowed you to cheat the people by represent before the public an illegal plan as legal one. As such you decided to blackmail and harass me through your influence upon the said Officials of C. M. C. As a result, I was and is blackmailed and harassed by Mr. Tarak Banerjee, Mr. Dilip Chakraborty, Mr. A. K. Chakraborty, Mr. D. K.nath, Mr. D. Banerjee (all Officials of C. M. C.) only for yor interest. On 22^nd July 1988 Mr. D. K. Nath admitted that "Milap Chand Chpraria would be compelled to sell the properties to Sanjay Kumar Jhunjhunwala and matter of Chittaranjan Ganguly is nothing but created one."

On 23^rd July 1988 Mr. D. Banerjee, also says that he fixed hearing of the matters with sole object to revoke my plan. On 2^nd August 1988 the Mayor of Calcutta Mr. Kamal Basu sent message through Shanti Lal Jain, Councilor of Calcutta Municipal Corporation to settle with you (i.e. to sell the properties to You).

I am ready to face second attempt of my murder or any other harmful action from your side, but I am determined to fought against your each evil acts and deeds.
