Dear Sir,

I am putting my complaint against leakage of informations given by me to your Department through 4 (Four) Letters including last one dated 9th October 1987 all addressed to you, letter dated 27th and 30th October 1987 addressed to Mr. M. Ahmed, D. D. I., and Mr. L. C. Joshi, A. D. I. Respectively, but both have hand over to Mr. Joshi.

On 20th November 1987 Mr. Sanjay Kumar Jhunjhunwala, the main person against whom I have given informations in my aforesaid letters asked me in presence of my one of the friend, that one Marwari given informations about him to Income Tax Department, and faced some queries from the Department about his business dealings. He wanted to know from me that whether I had given such informations or not? In view of his submissions, my informations were leaked from your office, causing loss of Crores of Rupees of Revenue would have been earned by the Government of India.

In this connection I would like to put on record that Mr. L. Joshi, A. D. I., informed me on 23rd November 1987 that he went at the office building of Mr. Jhunjhunwala, situated at 9/1, Lower Rowdon Street, Calcutta-20, and 158, Binoba Bhave Road, Calcutta-38, to find out the locations of the same. He also submits that when he entered in the building one whatchman made queries, then I (Mr. Joshi) asked him that I want to met Mr. Ramesh Goel. Surprisingly, one Ramesh Goel is residing in the said building, so watchman gave him directions about his flat. Mr. Joshi also describe that office of Mr. Jhunjhunwala is covering entire Ground flat.

In view of the assurances of the Government of India, such informations should be kept strictly secret otherwise life of the informant can be come under the dangerous.

I hope that you would be look into it.

With regards,

Yours faithfully
