Diagnosis: Multiple incised wounds over face, neck, trunck & upper-limbs caused by any sharp weapon.

Case History & Clinical Finding : As stated by the pt., (conscious, well oriented,

communicative at the time of examination) he was attacked knives by 4 or 5 persons at 11 AM near his residence on 18.7.86. The miscreants threw chili powder to his eyes before inflicting injuries.

Other several int. wounds over face, neck, upper-limbs, & (L) Pinna.

Treatment : Inj. Pethidine 100 mg given in the emergency.

Inj. Tetglots 250

Inj. Tet. Foxoid

All wounds were debrided and sutured

Inj. Gentamicine 40 mg 1 m 8 hrs (from 18.7. to 28.7.86)

Adv. Cebexin 1 Cap daily for 1 month

Artagen 1 tab twice daily with lunch & dinner for 7 days

Consult Dr. S. K. Agarwal after 7 days.

Condition at discharge: Fair
