My client purchased entire R. S. Plot No. 219, under Khatian No. 534, within Mouza Sahapur, J. L. No. 8,
P. S. Behala, District 24-Paraganas, Calcutta-38 including litigations.
Secretary of my client went New Delhi for an urgent business and after coming back he found that you had
encroached a portion of land from said R. S. Plot No. 219, and you are now indulging in opening a gate through the said R.
S. Plot of land unsder the criminal conspiracy with one Kamlesh Chandra Chattopadhyay and family members of Late Snehalata
Chakraborty. I am therefore, writs to you under my clients instructions to fix a date within 3 days for a joint Survey of
your land and stop all further constructions therein, otherwise my client would reluctant to file both Criminal and Civil
cases against you, which please note.
