As you are aware that we are facing acute problems created by some vested interested persons including our
tenants, now we have able to construct the boundry wall, at the land of our Co-operative situated at 21, Seal Thakur Bari
Road, P.S. Behala, Calcutta-38.
Now we are in position to construct at-least two buildings at present, by settling disputes at-least with
8 tenants of the tenants who are residing over R. S. Plot No. 205 in above referred Land.
Therefore, if you are interested to receive your allotments in above two buildings, you are requested to
deposit to meet the pre-construction expenses of which will be at the rate of Rs.5/- per sq. ft. against your requirement
of accommodation of 1,200 Square feet (as enlisted with the Society) within 3 days from the date of this circular notice,
failing which this would be considered that you are not interested to receive allotment for your own accommodation in the
aforesaid two buildings and therefore the available space would be allotted to other persons/members, which please note.
This is for your kind information that we have had already verbal discussions with Landlord of a Land for
purchasing the said land to settle and/or rehabilitate the above referred 8 tenants and the said matter is more or less settled.
