During the hearing of a metter relating to Political sutuation prevailed in Jharkhand Hon'ble Supreme
Court observed that whether such a situation is not a fraud upon the Constitution?
As per one News item published in the Times of India, New Delhi edition at page 13 dated 21st
March 2005 Speaker of Loksabha Shri Som Nath Chatterjee, warned judiciary "Don’t tilt power scale". I am not repeating
the entire News, which was based on a Resolution passed on Sunday dated 20th March 2005 in a conference of the
presiding officers of legislatures called by Loksabha Speaker.
On the next day i.e. on 21st March 2005 President of India Shri APJ Kalam assails powers by "dubious
means", during His Excellency’s speech after giving away the Outstanding Parliamentarians awards in Central Halls. In
fact by my innovative suggestions, I have given proper and fiting remedial answers to such issues raised by the
President in my Book: "A MODEL OF NEW CONSTITUTION FOR INDIA", copy of which I forwarded to His Excellency few months ago.
However, fact remains that Constitution of India not enshrined accountability of various Constitutional
Institution or Authorities, including the Judges of Supreme Court, Members of Parliament or Legislatures, and so on. This
is admitted fact that due to lack of accountability every Institution or authority is tilting their respective power scales,
through excessive actions or inactions.
On 25th February 2005 I served a letter along with my another Book "MYSETRIES OF POLITICS-CRIME-NEXUS"
to His Excellency President of India, Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Hon’ble Chief Justice of India, Hon’ble
Attorney General of India Mr. Milon Banerjee, Hon’ble Chief Minister of West Bengal Shri Budhhadev Bhattacharyya and
few others, with reference to Nexus between Shri Jyoti Basu and Mafiadom. Aforesaid covering Letter dated 25th February was
sent to most of the Members of Parliament.
Thereafter, I forwarded my APPLICATION dated 17th March 2005 to
Hon’ble Prime Minister of India Dr. Man Mohan Singh ji with request to: "Union of India should send Presidential Reference
under Article 143 of the Constitution of India to decide that "Supreme Court and Judges of the Supreme Court are covered within
the ambit of the "State" under Article 12 of the Constitution of India." The detail Letter is posted : http:milapchoraria.tripod.com/prz

I sent another E-mail relating to a matter, which was also referred in the said Book MYSETRIES OF POLITICS-CRIME-NEXUS:

Respected Sir,
I hope you will recollect my meeting with you, when some time ago I went to your residence along with Mr.
Mohanlal Agarwala and mr. Raja Ram Sharma.
After heard my problem you offered your mediatorship to settle with Mr. Fatehpuria, which was not acceptable
to me, for the reasons; which will reveal from the facts stated in my letter dated 20 th
April 1993 addressed to Shri Jyoti Basu, Chief Minister of West Bengal, Xerox copy of which I am enclosing herewith for your
ready reference. I had also enclosed the said copy with my application U/S. 197 Cr. P. C. read with Section 19 of Prevention
of Corruption Act, 1988, before Hon’ble President of India and my letter to amnesty International to examine the violation
of my Human Rights in scientific manner by the State.
Now in the best interest of PUBLIC this is my humble request you to please put this letter before the table
of West Bengal Legislative Assembly. By doing so you will uphold the status of the post of Speaker.

In view of my serious charges referred in my said Book "MYSETRIES OF POLITICS-CRIME-NEXUS", I dont understand
why Left Front Members of Parliament are silent against Nexus between Shri Jyoti Basu and Mafiadom? In my aforesaid Book
I have also referred conduct of Shri Som Nath Chatterjee, as MP.
